The Fast and Furious fiasco rages on with no help from the Admininstration. With the President's insistence on claiming Executive Privilege for the Attorney General and the President's part/knowledge of the plan, he's admitted there are things they don't want known about what is considered an illegal program. This was not the intention for the use of EP.
