This is a similar floor plan to another kitchen most of us liked. I love this floor and the way it blends with the wood – or vice versa. White countertops could present problems over the long term, but it does look nice with this floor and wood. I do wish we could see the rest of the kitchen, but for a narrower (not small) kitchen, this looks like a nice layout.

Father, thank you for skills, imagination, inspiration, and the beauty you share. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Not wild about this one. Don’t like the floor (looks like a cleaning nightmare–those are the biggest grout lines I have ever seen–would be a pain with a spill or with pets dragging dirt in and out) and has a cold industrial feel and little warmth, despite the wood.

The grout lines depend on the surface of the floor. If by some chance this floor is porcelain, those grout lines won’t be any harder to clean than the surface of the floor. But I get it.

Looks very cool. I like the looks of it all, but I also would want to know the white grout lines were easy to clean. I really like the light fixtures hanging from that arched beam – so nice.
I would like to see the rest of it too. Interesting place for a big-screen tv. I think I want to see the whole house!

I measure every kitchen by its ability to withstand a busy-body labrador retriever. That means the kitchen must live up to strict standards. LOLOL!!!!!

Deb, I’m not a fan of the white walls. I like the looks of this kitchen and how they incorporated all the white, but white is not my favorite. I can’t tell if some of the paint is a light grey, but if it is, its LRV (light reflective value – learned this from my son 😉 ), makes it look white.
Brenda, tile or lookalike tile (aka porcelain) is very easy to clean as far as dog hair and prints go. A quick wipe-up with a towel or a Swiffer or a quick vacuum seems to do the trick. “Seems to” being the operative words. 😉
