If you're following the unusual star in the heavens seeking salvation, the King of kings and Lord of lords awaits your arrival. The journey might be long, possibly treacherous, and tiresome, but the reward of finding the treasure will nullify the past endeavors and bring you the Prince of Peace between you and the sovereign God of all. Jesus Christ awaits your arrival. He gives you redemption for the filthy sins of the flesh in your life, He gives you grace to sustain your efforts in learning who He truly is: your Savior born to die for you, and He gives you forgiveness for the life you've led without Him in the center of it – something no one else can do or would even want to do.
Christmas comes to tell you Jesus Is the Reason for the Season, and He's waiting just for you. And it's almost here!
Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 (NIV)
If there's even a small part of you considering Jesus, wondering if He's for real, find out. Ask Him. You won't be disappointed. And Christmas will never be the same for you. It'll be the best.
Father, you know each heart and whether or not it's leaning and/or turning to you. Holy Spirit, lead each one to Jesus. Help each one to understand who's waiting for them to ask. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
