Into the Fire

Everyone has one for one primary reason: to communicate or express something. Beyond that, there can be any number of reasons people have them.

Well, here’s something you might not know about mine. I appreciate comments. However, if you’ve been visiting this blog for any amount of time, you will notice that there are very few. The one post which generated the most comments was “Friday Fun” for June 1st for which I polled some people on movies.

I know my participants for “Saturday Sample . . .” would’ve appreciated a little more feedback. Put yourself in their places: wouldn’t you?

I know there is a time and a place and often good reason(s) for “lurking”, but there are probably equally good reasons for contributing now and then. A simple comment. Make somebody’s day.

If you haven’t taken the time to read the excerpts of the past three “Saturday Sample . . .” posts, please do. Then leave a comment. There are some good yet to be published writers out there. We should encourage them. Support them.

I have no volunteers for this Saturday. It’s not too late, writers . . .

Father, let me remember to always encourage, to speak the truth in love, to be courteous in disagreement, and to love people. Help me with all of that, Lord. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
