Kay over at Loop de Loops in La La Land tagged me with this meme. It’s pretty simple. I just have to give reasons why it’s great to be me. She thinks we all need to occasionally do this because it can be very easy to dwell on “why it stinks to be me”.

It’s great to be me because . . .
Jesus loves me, this I know.
God has used, is using, and will use me for His glory, somehow, some way.
Passionate is who I am.
My husband is a handsome hunk who is a man of God.
My sons serve the Lord with their whole hearts.
My daughter-in-law is a treasure, a gift from our Lord.
My three grandchildren love Jesus, love me, and are truly lovely children.
My parents were the most loving and best parents a child could hope to have.
I loved my wonderful grandmother, Lila, the only grandparent I got to know.
I was born and live in the greatest country in the world. USA, USA, USA!
I write novels!
My friends love me. Thanking God for them (including my cyberspace friends).
If you are my friend, I love you with my whole heart.
I read novels.
I have two retired Thoroughbreds, both born and raised on this place.
I got to spend over 30 years working with the most beautiful and courageous breed of horses God has ever made.
It is a blessing to be in the church we’re in right now after leaving our previous church.
