Into the Fire

I’m quite certain that no matter how much we expound on who God is, there is so much more we just don’t get. We look at Him through our fallen perspectives, through our mankind reasoning, through our acceptable interpretations of His word, and we can only grasp a portion of His magnitude and majesty. Some writers capture Him in beautiful language, the depth of their writing skills portray a piece of Him which touches them in those places other men can’t reach. And yet it’s just a tiny segment of who He is.

We do not do Him justice by choosing His Love and not His Judgment. By celebrating His Grace without His Discipline. By focusing on His Mercy without His Warnings.

Whatever we think of the Lord God Almighty, He is so much more. So much more. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
