Favorites?

 

Can you state your favorite movie, your favorite book, your favorite song? Definitively. One of each. I can’t. I don’t even want to make lists of each because they’d be too long and lose their impact by the sheer number of selections.

 

Top Five? Top Ten? Not enough for me.

 

How ‘bout you? Do you have a singular favorite in each category? Can you narrow your favorites down to five or ten?

 

 

Lord, you put such beauty in our midst. Help us to always appreciate the talents and gifts displayed by your people trying to capture it on film, with words, and in song. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

    Oh, I can definitely narrow it down to one very easily for movies and books: Movies=Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan. Books=Forlorn River.
    With music it’s different. Definitely too many to choose from. It goes from “A Mighty Fortress is our God” to “They Don’t Serve Breakfast in Hell” on the godly side; or to cowboy music from “Red River Valley” to “Tying Knots In The Devils Tail”. 😎
