Yes, I’m enjoying it! I didn’t expect too, honestly. When you think of all the ways network television could ruin a modern-day Sherlock Holmes, the possibilities are endless. So I’m surprised they did a good job. I missed the last episode–too much going on with my job right now–but there’s always Comcast On Demand.

I didn’t expect to enjoy it either, Karin, but I am. Wasn’t a big fan of Lucy Liu but really admire her subdued portrait and willingness to be the non-headliner. A brilliant complement to Jonny Lee Miller’s eccentric and near perfect unique rendition of Sherlock.

Have you seen the BBC’s version of Sherlock? It was the impetus for this Americanized version of the series, actually. Same idea, moving the characters into the modern day and age. My wife and I got sucked into it last year.

Can’t say I’ve ever watched anything on the BBC, Mark. But good job of “adapting”. It feels fresh to me, and I’m enjoying it.
