Pastures (reminds me that the whole world hasn’t been taken over by skyscrapers. And did you know that even though I’ve lived in the big city since I’ve moved to the Phoenix metro area, that God has always provided some type of farm mimicry nearby to remind me of my country roots? When I lived at my old apartment, some of the neighbors had chickens. Where I live now, there is a combo orchard/pasture along my route where I get to see, hear, and smell the cows (they just had some babies!). It’s something I like to thank God for while walking the dog in the mornings.)

Mmm. Agreed, Brenda. Great fragrances. I’d add to the flower variety: gardenias. This city girl has been able to live on acreage and own horses which is a dream come true.

Yes: lilacs! I like the smell of summer rain. We have so much rain around here, sometimes it just smells damp. 😉 And, yes to the rest of those aromas, Bren!

And roses! They smell even better if they’re yellow roses (ok, they probably don’t, really, but….)
