Into the Fire

Passionate thoughts about the world of writing and the Power of God

King and Maxwell is entertaining, laying the groundwork for the continuation of this series. I like it. Good chemistry between the actors Jon Tenney (playing Sean King) and Rebecca Romjin (playing Michelle Maxwell), not bad writing which I think will improve as more history is laid down for the characters. Anyone else watching this series?

Lord, thank you for the talent you give to so many. If only they would use it for your glory . . . In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

I haven’t seen it, but might have to check it out. We don’t watch a lot of TV in the summer, but the one show our entire family won’t miss is Falling Skies.

Their first scene usually has nothing to do with the rest of the episode and is usually humorous, setting the tone for most of their investigations. Their musical theme song is jazzy and mood-setting. These two have their quirks, personal struggles, regrets, and battles. The autistic savant is a great character and provides an unusual complement to the mix, making their ex-Secret Service, present P.I. jobs much easier. Like I said, I like it.
