Haven’t followed these though I’ve seen an ep or two of NCIS. I’m waiting for the launch of S6 for Hawaii Five-0 though I wouldn’t say waiting eagerly. They really botched last season. I’m hoping at long last they’ll do right by Catherine, who’s the best female character they’ve had on that show but they’ve never used her to her full potential.
I found S5 so deplorable that I watched maybe 4 or 5 episodes out of the whole season. While I love AOL as Steve McGarrett, I don’t have a school-girl crush on him like many fans do so I need more than his considerably handsome face and great character to keep me coming back for more.LikeLike

Alex is eye candy, but I agree every good series has good writers. I’m not as enamored with Catherine, but if she’s really back, it will be interesting to see what they do with “them”. Although some of the back-n-forth between Steve and Dano is entertaining, I prefer when they get serious with one another. I didn’t think last season was as bad as you thought – I think the S4 was worse. I’m hoping for a good year with all of my favorites.
