So. These are women's tennis shoes, sneakers, athletic shoes, whatever your preference for calling them. I tried to find a blend of shoes. No Converse present, but I think this is a generally good selection. Do you have a favorite here? My favorite is the yellow/black pair. I would add the black/red pair, but I don't like the soles – I know they wouldn't work for me.

    I like all the color choices but the soles of the Head (yellow) tennis shoes are closer to what I have to wear. A typical runner shoe sole doesn’t work for flat feet.
    I have a coworker who hates to wear tennis shoes. I won’t wear anything but. Thankfully there are different sole designs now, unlike the olden days when it was basically multiple colors but really only one kind of tennis shoe.
    When I think about our soldiers in the 1800’s who wore boots that weren’t even made in a left and right pattern, I just don’t know how they did it.

    I too have flat feet. I took ballet for seven years as a child/young girl. I had to hold up my arches in the different positions, but when I quit taking ballet going into 7th grade (the worst year of my school life), my arches didn’t get any more “practice”, and I need the right shoes now or my feet hurt after a short time of wearing them. I have two good pair of tennis shoes that are my most comfortable shoes. I will “sacrifice” with my other shoes and boots if the time is right. 😉 And oh how many sacrifices soldiers made then and now is utterly amazing and admirable.

    I like the blue shoes in the middle. Love the color & they look like they have good support … for when I absolutely have to wear shoes! 🙂

    Yes, they do, Bren. 😉 I’d prefer a different color, but it is a nice blue especially when paired with black.
