Favorite places to read: On the deck in the summer; in front of the gas or wood fireplaces in the winter; in the bedroom

Favorite book of 2018: The Masterpiece by Francine Rivers

Favorite genre(s): Thrillers; Mystery/Suspense; some Romance

Favorite song(s): Too, too many to name or even think of but . . . Mary, Did You Know? (Michael English); Hallelujah (Chris Botti's version); What Does It Take (to win your love for me)? (The Eisley Brothers) 

Favorite vacation spot(s): Ocean; Idaho; Hawaii (Have been to Kauai once many years ago)

Favorite means of travel: Car/Truck

    I’m a day late!
    Favorite places to read: Well, I usually read on our living room love seat, but I love to read by a body of water.
    Favorite book of 2018: The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. This surprised me as I’m not a big fan of the author, but it was a book club read so I had to read it. I’m glad I did as she really upped her game here.
    Favorite Genres: Family Drama, Women’s Fiction. I like romantic suspense as long as the romance is secondary to the suspense (which is seldom the case is CF)
    Favorite Songs: Impossible to choose! How about one of my favorite recent releases: “Even If” by MercyMe. Love the lyrics and the melody.
    Favorite Vacation Spots: This will be no surprise. Any place by the north shore of Lake Superior in Minnesota or by Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO.
    Favorite Means of Travel: Car.

    Loved your answers, Bren. Reading by water would be lovely if I could be mostly alone there.
    Yes, and as you’ve noted in the past, men being all “romantic” in the middle of an op is so screwy in romantic suspense.
    I’ve learned I love road trips.
    I know: “favorite songs” is impossible. I haven’t heard MercyMe’s latest.
