Into the Fire

As those of us who read and write know, there are all kinds of readers. So for those readers on your list who love snark, wit, and complex characters and plots, I recommend James Scott Bell. James is truly the wittiest author I've ever had the pleasure to read. Although there are many of his novels to choose from, I'm going to suggest his most recent series: A Mike Romeo Thriller. Mike Romeo is one of the most fascinating characters you'll ever discover. This series is at five books currently, and each one is a unique journey into circumstances it seems only Mike Romeo could find. Highly recommend James Scott Bell's books and writing.
