Passionate thoughts about the world of writing and the Power of God

Have you ever eaten:

A Peanut Butter, Mayonnaise, and Pickle sandwich?

Coconut flavored Chobani yogurt?

Malt Vinegar on your Fish & Chips?

Raw Salmon?

Red Clam Chowder?

What would you add to this list?

Father, you gave us an abundance of foods all over the world. Thank you for it all. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Wow, Nicole. I’ve never eaten any of these foods.
I also have never eaten anchovies or swordfish. I’m not very open minded when it comes to food!

I ate anchovies once – that was it for me. They’re incredibly salty. The only person I’ve ever known who liked them was my mother! And that really surprised me. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten swordfish either.
I ate raw salmon once in Sweden on my and my friend’s European jaunt. Not bad.
Not fond of red clam chowder. Love malt vinegar on fish & chips but don’t eat them like that all the time.
I used to eat PB and Pickles frequently but then at someone’s suggestion added mayonnaise for a while. Not bad really. Haven’t had either for years.
Coconut Chobani is my favorite yogurt. Delicious.
I don’t blame you for being selective with food(s). 😉

None of the above! Nor will I. 😀 Like Debra, I’m very selective (i.e. picky!)
Have you ever eaten Lutefisk? (I haven’t, but I’ve been in the same room with it, and that was close enough!)
When I was pregnant, I ate Miracle Whip and butter sandwiches. Also, chow mein noodles and soy sauce. (Actually, I’ll eat both of those even now, on very rare occasions!)
Growing up, my grandma would make us brown sugar and butter sandwiches.

I did have lutefisk once and it was prepared “traditionally”. I didn’t mind it at all. Just tasted like a type of white fish to me. That was the first and last time I ate it due to not knowing any Norwegians who served it. 😉
Miracle Whip and butter? Wow. Never tried that! Probably not gonna either. 😉 Nor brown sugar and butter sandwiches. Did eat sugar on tomato slices. 😉
Love chow mein noodles. (When I was pregnant, mostly I just threw up. 😦 )
I can’t believe you two have never eaten malt vinegar on fish & chips. That’s fairly common.
And red clam chowder isn’t unusual, but I sure didn’t care for it.
