Into the Fire

Passionate thoughts about the world of writing and the Power of God

Here are five random questions for you:

What five things are a must for you before you leave your house?

What do you expect from the people you call your friends?

What kinds of music do you prefer?

What do you consider your two best character traits?

What is one of your favorite TV series – past or present?

Father, thank you for all the beauty, mercy, grace, and forgiveness. We will never deserve you, Jesus. Holy Spirit, thank you for your patience and constant comfort. Thank you is never enough. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Got my purse, my phone, my keys, close garage door, and wear clean underwear:)
2.to call me out if I’m living in sin, to be there in good times and bad, to love chocolate, meeting for breakfast, and laughing.
I still love 70’s Rock & Roll, but I mostly listen to contemporary Christian like Lauren Daigle, Mercy Me, Shane & Sane, Third Day, etc., with a bit of Adele, Ed Sheeran, Brandi Carlile, Kelly Clarkson, and Brad Paisley thrown in. In other words, all kinds:)
    Loyalty and perseverance
the past is Magnum P.I. with Tom Selleck of course, and the British show The Larkins for presently.

Hahaha! Definitely clean underwear, Barb! For me: Perfume, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick.
With you on the 70’s (and 60’s) rock ‘n’ roll. Love Mylon LeFevre’s older stuff, Third Day, Mercy Me, but love Brian Culbertson Smooth Jazz album “Colors of Love” – I mean, LOVE it, and love Chris Botti’s older albums. Don’t listen to much else.
My friends: prayer when I need it, steadfast no matter how long we’re apart, laughing for sure, secret-keepers if necessary, loyalty
True listener, loyal to a fault
Loved the old Magnum PI with Tom Selleck (You’ll get a kick out of this, Barb. I once wrote a script for the final episode of the series.) And I loved JAG. I confess w/o feeling like it’s really the same, the “new” Magnum PI is growing on me. And crazy as it is (because it can get so preachy), I’m enjoying The Equalizer. And I love NCIS-LA.
