French fries

Sunny days . . .

Lord God, you are generous beyond measure, gracious above all, kind, loving, compassionate, just, and merciful. Thank you for the many things that fill our lives with laughter and joy and fun and pleasure. Let us always remember the price paid for these privileges. And in those times of sorrow and hardship, help us to remember the times of great fulfillment and contentment and turn to you for any comfort we need. Forgive me for any times I’ve been ungrateful. You are the giver of life. Please help me to bless others with your loving kindess. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

    I agree on the soda, french fries and sunny days. For me, I would have to add cheese steaks and days spent at the beach, golfing, or watching football.

    Books are a given, Amanda! I think I put those under the “things I love” post. Of course, I duplicated some of those things here, so I should’ve put books down here, too. You’re right! I enjoy chocolate, but if it were between chocolate and coke, coke would win.
    And, I’m with you, Mark. Days at the beach–especially the ocean, yeah. Course they’d go under things I loved, too.
    Let’s face it: that’s why this post is called “just silly dumb things”.
