Love great characters coupled with great writing? Sibella Giorello is your girl. Favorite female character Raleigh Harmon. These are two of my favorites, but start at the beginning with the prequels of Raleigh as a young girl.

You can't go wrong with Chris Fabry if you want touching, exquisitely written drama. This is one of my favorites of his.

If you love women's fiction, the Coming Home Series is a good one by Brenda S. Anderson.
