                               EITHER, OR ?

Closer to being a "hippie" or a "yuppie"

Winter or Summer person

Ocean or Mountains person

Black or White person (talking preferred colors here as in clothes, cars, etc.)

Novels or novellas

God, thank you for fun and laughter – oh how we need them both so much in this dark world. We're desperate for you whether we know it or not. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

I’m neither hippie nor yuppie, thank goodness. 🙂
    Winter person.
Mountains person (who used to live very near the ocean and still kind of misses it.
White. Love the freshness of it.
Novels mostly, but I’m starting to love novellas.
    Fun!

Don’t fit either hippie or yuppie. I choose to think of myself as a desert dog (the saying is usually desert rat, but I don’t like rats)
Summer by far. I DESPISE being cold (i.e. anything under 60)
    MOUNTAINS! WOOHOO!!!!!
Black. I refuse to wear white–too hard to clean. I want colors that are rough and tuff. I wear a fair amount of black but I’ve gone through prior phases where I wore a whole lot more of it.
Interesting question. So far I’ve written novels but would like to try a novella.

Now, ladies, I’m being literal in #1. “Closer” to one or the other. Of course you fit neither, but I’ll tell you I’m closer to being a hippie over being a yuppie.
Thanks for having fun with these. 😉

Well when I think of hippies I think of Steve & Elyse Keaton and the contrast with their much cooler son, Alex P. LOL!!!!!

I kept thinking that–I need to choose one or the other–but I honestly can’t see myself as either. I think I have small elements of both in me. Very small. 🙂

Karin, I cannot relate to yuppies nor do I want to. Inherent in that word are behaviors of arrogance, entitlement, and superiority in all kinds of choices and opinions. At least in my interpretation.
I was once part of the hippie generation, and participated in some of the behaviors associated with that but without the heart for it. So there’s that . . . 😉
