Alright, then. Being thankful. How could I not?
Why did God choose to allow me the privilege of being born and raised in the United States of America, the land of the free?
Why did God give me the most wonderful parents in the entire universe and an older brother who still loves me deeply?
Why did God instill in me His magnificence (like He does for all humans) at a tender young age?
Why did He allow me to follow my own designs in life for 30 years of minimal triumph and a whole lot of failure before He rescued me and brought me home to His family?
Why does He love me yet, even when I do the stupidest things in disobedience?
Because His love is incalculable, inexplainable, undeniable, invaluable, unbelievable, and He is more generous than words can ever portray because the human mind is finite whereas His is infinite.
Therefore, I am thankful for more than I can even remember or hope to tell.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed and/or visited this blog. I’m grateful to you as well. You have enriched my life.
Heavenly Father, I’ll let my words be few. (I know: that’s a shock!) I love you. Thank you, Jesus. I know you now. Nothing is better. Holy Spirit, how do you put up with me? Thank you. God, you are everything to me. Thank you. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
